Cancellation Policy

At BigWin Rummy, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience. As a skill-based gaming platform, we follow a structured policy regarding cancellations, applicable to all users of our platform.
1. Match or Contest Cancellation by User
- Once a user joins a match or contest by paying an entry fee, cancellation is not permitted.
- No refunds shall be issued for voluntary exits, disconnections due to user-side issues, or failure to participate after joining.
- In case of multiple entries or incorrect match selection, users are requested to exercise discretion before confirming participation.
2. Cancellation Due to Technical Errors
- If a match/contest is cancelled by the system due to technical issues (e.g., server error, game not starting), the entry fee will be automatically refunded to the user’s wallet.
- Any such refunds will reflect in the user’s in-app wallet within [X] hours.
3. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
• BigWin Rummy reserves the right to cancel any contest or match under the following conditions:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Insufficient participants (in case of a minimum requirement)
- Legal or regulatory obligations
• In such cases, refunds will be made to the user’s wallet within [X] hours, unless the user is found to be in violation of platform rules.
4. No Refunds for Skill Outcomes
- Since our platform is based on skill and fair play, no cancellations or refunds will be processed based on the result of the match, including losses or disputes related to performance.
5. Disputes & Escalations
- If you believe your match was impacted due to a technical glitch or unfair play by opponents, you may contact our support team within [X] hours of the match.
- All complaints will be reviewed, and decisions made by BigWin Rummy shall be final and binding.
